Semi-rotary Embossing Printing

This semi-rotary embossing printing unit prints all kinds of substrates such as paper, self-adhesive labels, folding carton, etc. Its semi-rotary operation means that the printer can produce multiple relief designs in different formats without having to change the cylinder.

Just by a simple change of the magnetic plate you can change the format and design of the labels to be produced.

The ROTATEK semi-rotary embossing printing unit includes a fine tuning adjustment system by using a pressure adjustment control which gives the printer maximum precision in the relief.
